One point of contact between your operation and the rights ecosystem.
Without an administrator, an operator faces multiple organisations, rights categories, and territorial frameworks separately. Clara replaces that with one administrative interface: one counterparty, one reporting line, one point of contact.
Book a confidential intake
Stage 1
Confidential intake.
A thirty-minute conversation, free and non-binding. Vessel or fleet, content sources, itinerary pattern, existing agreements. Enough to establish whether there is likely a licensing question worth assessing, and nothing more. Requesting an intake creates no obligation and signals nothing to anyone.
Stage 2
The Vessel Licensing Assessment.
A scoped, fixed-fee engagement, quoted at intake. Most vessels are assessed remotely from documentation; large multi-venue vessels can be inspected on site.
The deliverable is the Licensing Obligations Report: vessel and fleet scope, channels distributed, existing supplier agreements and licences reviewed, relevant territories, applicable rights categories, administrators involved, identified coverage, gaps requiring clearance, indicative costs where tariffs allow, and recommended next steps.
The report is yours to keep whether or not Clara is engaged further. Existing licences are reviewed before any additional right is recommended.
| Vessel and fleet scope | mapped | |

Stage 3
Licensing administration.
On request, Clara implements the report: engaging the relevant rights administrators under your written mandate, concluding the applicable licences, and administering them continuously. That includes reporting in each administrator’s format and cycle, renewals, itinerary and territory changes, channel changes, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Licence fees flow from operator to rights holder; Clara’s remuneration is disclosed.
